Our Program

​Our chef-on-site program manages all aspects of sushi operations. We place well trained sushi chefs on premises to offer fresh daily made sushi products. Our program offers Grab-n-Go boxes and Made-to-Order service. We also offer catering options and action station for private events. Our priorities are customer service, food safety, and support our dining service partners to achieve the excellence and happiness.

Our goal is to make sure the sushi operation run successfully within your cafeteria with little to no involvement on your behalf.
